Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
We accept patients from Kilmacolm, Langbank and some areas of Port Glasgow: PA13 4, PA14 5 and PA14 6 postcodes.
Find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS inform website.
To register with the Practice:
- Download and complete
- an online registration form from the NHS inform website and
- also download and complete our Health Questionnaire
- Visit reception when we are open and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS or CHI number.
